Facilities Reservation System (FRS)

Thank you for visiting UNC Pembroke's Facilities Reservation System (FRS). This system may be used to view and/or request room reservations on the UNCP campus.
 
FRS can be used without creating an account to search for and check space availability by hovering your mouse over the "Browse" button and clicking "Browse Facilities" or "Browse for Space."

Users with FRS Accounts:

  • Hover over "My Account" in the navigation bar click "Log In."
  • After logging in, hover over “Reservations” in the navigation bar, and click on the appropriate facility request form.
