Thank you for visiting UNC Pembroke's Facilities Reservation System (FRS). This system may be used to view and/or request room reservations on the UNCP campus. Please be sure to review the list of facility reservation resources (available below) which provide additional resources for planning your event.
 
FRS can be used without creating an account to search for and check space availability by hovering your mouse over the "Browse" button and clicking "Browse Facilities" or "Browse for Space."

First Time Users:

  • Step 1:  Create an Account by clicking the "My Account" button in the menu above.
  • Step 2:  Upon approval of account, login and select the appropriate reservation form from the "Reservations" button in the menu above.

Users with FRS Accounts:

  • Hover over "My Account" in the navigation bar click "Log In."
  • After logging in, hover over "Reservations" in the navigation bar, and click on the appropriate facility request form.
